MON STATE – Mon State Federal Council (MSFC) announced that they are against the election of the terrorist junta council and Dr. Thiri Mon Chan from MSFC informed that they have formed the Anti-Sham Election Committee.
MSFC’s Anti-Sham Election Committee was formed on September 17 with seven members and the committee aims to decisively protest against the sham election of the junta council which is merely an attempt by the junta council to erase its war crimes and hold onto a place on the political stage, explained Dr. Thiri Mon Chan, the chair of the committee.
“The sham election of the junta council won’t benefit the people but only lengthen the life of the junta council and military dictatorship. So, we will advise and urge the public to stay clear of the election and the international organizations to not recognize the sham election that won’t benefit the people or provide any form of assistance by means of technology or monetary,” said Dr. Thiri Mon Chan.
In protesting against the sham election that will be held by the terrorist junta council, they will also be viewing the parties that take part in the election as accomplice to the junta council and protest against them.
In addition, they also urged the public to protest against the election and not allow the junta council a political exit so that the oppression and crimes of terror of the junta council will be eradicated in this generation.
They also seriously asked the international community to not recognize the election of the junta council or provide any technological or financial assistance.
