YANGON DIVISION – The building housing Myawaddy Broadcasting Department, a propaganda channel of the junta council, in Hmawbi Township, was attacked with grenades, reported Yangon Army.
It is said that Yangon Army fired three 40mm grenades at the broadcasting department using a M79 grenade launcher around 5:10 p.m. on November 21 to commemorate its first anniversary.
A Hmawbi resident confirmed hearing “three explosions around 5 p.m. today (November 21) but I’m not sure where they were from.”
Yangon Army said that it will continue to attack other targets until the terrorist military dictatorship is eradicated and urged the people to stay away from the junta council.
