MAGWAY DIVISION – PDF has captured Mr. San who raped and brutally murdered a woman in Salin Township and charged him with two sections, reported an official from Salin Township PDO.
The 42-year-old man reportedly raped and murdered a 39-year-old woman in PDF-controlled territory in Salin Township on October 25 and the revolutionary forces managed to capture him within 72 hours.
The perpetrator, Mr. San, is said to have brutally chopped off the body and murdered the victim after raping her. He is being charged under Section 376/302(a) of the Penal Code and will be punished accordingly under the law.
“Mr. San, after raping the victim, brutally chopped off the body and murdered her. We, Salin Township People’s
Administration officers and investigation officers from the defence forces (Salin PDO) managed to capture the perpetrator with evidence and witnesses within 72 hours. We will effectively punish him according to the law,” said the official from Salin Township PDO.
The official continued that they are working on not just fighting back against terrorist junta forces but also ensuring that people can live safely under the protection of the law in PDF-controlled territories of Salin Township.
