MANDALAY DIVISION – People’s Defence Force (PDF) – Mandalay put up notices at the shops in their controlled area for the PDF comrades to pay the full price and the shopkeepers to accept the payment.
The notice was released on November 22, 2023, and is put up in shops in the controlled area now.
In the notice , PDF – Mandalay warned that all comrades of PDF – Mandalay have to pay the full price shopping necessities for the force in each active area.
And also PDF – Mandalay requested the locals and shopkeepers to accept the payment and sell at the normal price when the comrades of PDF – Mandalay come shopping.
PDF – Mandalay further informed that it is a revolutionary force organized to uphold morals, good military discipline and protect the civilians.
PDF – Mandalay is an organization that has been collaborating with the EROs and achieved many victories capturing junta camps in Mandalay Division and Northern Shan State.
