BAGO DIVISION – Phyu Township People’s Defense Force said that Deputy Sergeant Lin Lin of the Police Station of Nyaung Pintha village in Phyu Township was shot and killed while drinking beer. He investigated the news of the revolutionary comrades and threatened the people.
On July 21st, at 10:20 a.m., Police Deputy Sergeant Lin Lin was killed by the People’s Defense Organization (Phyu PDO) while he was drinking beer at a Sane Nu Wai beer shop next to the old Yangon-Mandalay Road, south of Nyaungpintha, Phyu Township. The members of Phyu PDO intervened and shot at him.
It was reported that the Phyu PDO shot and cleared the deceased police Deputy Sargent Lin Lin because he was always on the lookout for news of revolutionary comrades and threatened the revolutionary comrades by working together with the junta council’s army.
