MYANMAR – Food and rations were donated to the IDPs (internally displaced people) from Sintgu Township of Mandalay Division and Wetlet Township of Sagaing Division, who suffered from intense battles and floods, according to Mr. Nay Min Thant, official of the Shwebo Township Liberation Support Group.
More than 200 IDPs from Kyattuyway, Hintharma, Myitkangyi and Hnanbette villages of Sintgu Township and 90 IDPs from Ywarthar Village of Wetlet Township were supplied with rice, oil, instant noodles and instant tea leaves on July 21.
Mr. Nay Min Thant also expressed his appreciation to the donors of the rations.
