SAGAING DIVISION – The Revolutionary Forces attacked the junta forces stationed at the entrance gate of Ye-U Town with heavy weapons, and the junta soldiers were injured, according to an official of Wolf Guerrilla LPDF (YE-U).
On September 2, at around 9:00 p.m., the Wolf Guerrilla LPDF (YE-U) fired heavy weapons and attacked a checkpoint on Ye-U-Tabayin Road, where around 20 junta forces were stationed.
The attack was carried out by the Wolf Guerrilla LPDF (YE-U) group, led by Capt. Yoke Ka Soe, the heavy weapons landed and exploded in the vicinity of the checkpoint, and the junta soldiers were injured.
Moreover, the junta army fired back with 120mm, and 60mm, machine guns and light weapons, but the Revolutionary Comrades were able to retreat unharmed.
“The junta dogs (military soldiers) were injured. The number cannot be confirmed. We are still investigating. The Revolutionary Forces were able to retreat unharmed,” said an official from the Wolf Guerrilla LPDF (YE-U).
