MAGWAY DIVISION – According to Ba Khon, a representative of Chauk Guerilla Force (C.G.F), the revolutionary forces seized a junta military camp in Sar Lal Village, Chauk Township, Magway Division.
That camp was attacked on August 10, at 1:00 p.m, and seized after 45 minutes of fighting.
Two carbine guns, a car and a motorcycle were confiscated from the battle, but the details of the enemy’s casualties were not yet known.
The revolutionary forces were able to retreat safely.
This attack was jointly carried out by Chauk Guerrilla Force (C.G.F) and Magway District People’s Defence Force (PDF), Special Attack Force Chauk PDF, YRF Battalion 12, Chauk Revolution Army CRA, Arlawaka Guerrilla Force, Yenanther Youth Force, Bagan Bo Cho, Burma Revolution Ranger, OAK AWE UG, Kyaukpadaung Special Defense Force and Minthagyi Force .
