RAKHINE STATE – The Arakan Army (AA) announced that seven innocent Khamee people from the Gandhari relief camp in Buthidaung Township were killed by the terrorist army’s lackey armed militia.
The seven Khamee victims who stayed at Gandhari relief camp in Ward 4 of Buthidaung Township did not return home after they went out to find bamboo shoots on July 18. AA was notified, and the troops and the Gandhari villagers jointly searched and found the bodies of the Khamee people.
The AA mentioned that the victims were killed by the lackeys of the terrorist junta army while they were looking for food, and that the bodies of the dead were properly buried and the necessary assistance was provided.
The statement also highlighted that the Arakan Army will take action as fast as possible towards the criminals who committed this serious violence.
