BAGO DIVISION – The Ministry of Defense, Southern Military region, No. 2 military branch issued a statement on November 16 saying that the atrocious junta council bombarded over two villages using drones, in Phyu township, Bago division. Due to the bombardments, one civilian was said to have been killed and some of the civilian houses were damaged.
The no. 2 military branch issued that as the fascist junta council conducted drone attacks on November 11 and 12 without ongoing battles, the civilian casualties were resulted in and the houses were damaged.
It was known that at around 8:45 a.m. on November 12, the brutal junta council conducted bombardments over Myetnikwin village three times, in Phyu township. Due to the attack, one civilian was reportedly killed and one civilian was severely injured.
Similarly, at around 7 p.m. on November 11, the junta council’s infantry battalion 439 conducted drone attacks over Saiktankhin village three times without ongoing battles. Due to the drone attacks, the civilian houses were said to have been damaged.
It was stated in the statement saying that the junta council which no longer has military control over the territory, has continuously performed heavy weapon attacks and drone attacks over the civilian places.
