KACHIN STATE – The battle in Sai Taung village, Phakan township, is still intense and local people say that the terrorist army is continuously firing and dropping bombs with air force and heavy weapons.
The terrorist army attacked Phakan township by air on September 24th, at around 4:08 p.m. It is reported that after bombing Sai Taung village twice, Strategic Hill is continuously firing with heavy weapons.
In addition, the terrorist army and the revolutionary forces are continuously fighting, and they are using heavy weapons. The sounds of small arms explosions are also coming out continuously.
“Today, there is another battle in Sai Taung. At around 4:08, 1 jet fighter dropped 2 bombs. Heavy weapons are being fired from Phakan Strategic Hill. After the arrival of this jet fighter, heavy weapons have been fired continuously. It’s been 18 days. The fighting is still going on. The fighting is intense all day long at Strategic Hill,” a resident said.
