SAGAING DIVISION: Sagaing Division, Yinmarbin- Salingyi Multi- Villages Strike Column was known to have organised a ceremony to salute the deceased comrade Phoe Chan as 3 & 1/2 years anniversary and the revolutionary rally against the military dictator on September 27.
