SAGAING DIVISION – The terrorist army patrolling in Butalin township burned down 32 houses in Thaphan village and then they entered Thapyaypin Village for offensives, said Mr. Moe Thauk, who is in charge of the People Defense Forces in Sipa Village.
On November 7, Junta troops launching offensives in Butalin township burned down 32 civilian houses in Thaphan village and raided Thapyaypin village afterward.
Currently, as the terrorist junta troops are entering the town, thousands of locals from Magyi Oak, Thaphan, Inn Tae, and Thapyaypin villages were forced to flee to safety, and it is not yet confirmed whether the locals have been arrested or killed by junta troops.
“The junta column torched 32 houses in Thaphan village and said to have arrived at Thapyaypin village. I have not yet heard that they entered Butalin Town. The junta column came out for the third time for the purpose of clearing the (village) area. The villages on that side are far apart each other for quite a distance, so the number of villages that need to flee the junta offensives are not too many,” said Mr.Moe Thauk, Sipa village’s PDF spokesperson.
