SHAN STATE – It was reported that the terrorist junta’s fighter jets bombarded on Nawnghkio Township and Lashio City in Shan (North) State, according to revolutionary news sources and local news sources.
On October 29, at 11:58 a.m., the junta’s military aircrafts bombed Lashio City, and the exact location was unknown. On October 28, from 6:00 p.m., to 10:00 p.m., the junta’s military aircrafts bombarded many bombs including three 500-pound bombs on Ho Kho Village in Nawnghkio Township, and there were many injuries and deaths by the airstrikes, according to local revolutionary news sources.
The junta army bombarded with its military aircrafts at 6:30 p.m., on October 28, and the bombs landed on the on the detention center where the People’s Defense Force – Mandalay (MDY – PDF) detained the prisoners of war that were captured during the fights, killing 12, including eight prisoners of wars and injuring 60.
Although the People’s Defense Force – Mandalay had detained the prisoners of war in accordance with Treatment of prisoners of war, the terrorist junta army carried out targeted airstrike attacks on its fellows. The MDY – PDF were providing medical treatment on the injured prisoners of war due to junta’s airstrikes.
