ITALY – The Way (La Viva) musical film was screened in Milan, Italy and the screening was attended by the Chair of Alcide Cervi Institute and former Chair of Parliamentary Association of Former Friends of Burma, Albertina Soliani and Myanmar Correspondent from Amnesty International, Anna Violante and the son of State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi, Kim Aris, also sent a video message.
The screening of The Way, directed by Director Lin Lin, was organized by the Myanmar diasporas in Italy and the program also included the reading of the poem “Myanmar” by Italian poet Adriano Molteni. At the end of the film, Director Lin Lin, Actress Chit Thu Wai and The Way team members greeted the audience online and shared feelings and answered questions.
