MAGWAY DIVISION- Chauk Guerrilla Force (C.G.F.) said that the terrorist Junta army raided the town with a force of 500, including armored vehicles, and had a clash with the revolutionary forces last Sunday (October 26).
The terrorist column entered Chauk Town with massive force on October 25, and on the next day, a battle broke out with the local defense forces near Ywama village.
On October 25, when the junta army began to advance towards Chauk Town, they received air support.
“Junta column entered the town on October 25 morning, and a battle took place the next day (October 26). I think there are more than five hundred Junta troops in the column It seems that they would retreat. But are currently entering Thanpin village and Kyangan village,” said a member of Chauk Guerrilla Force (C.G.F).
The terrorist army raided Nayweltaw and Ywarma villages in 5 columns with a huge force and burned them down, causing tens of thousands of residents to flee from more than 30 villages nearby.
At present, the revolutionary forces have reached a safe place. During the encounter, the terrorist army reportedly suffered many casualties, but the details of the situation are not yet known.
