MANDALAY DIVISION – Mandalay PDF said that 3 civilians were killed when the terrorist army opened fire on Aung Chanthar village in Madaya township.
On August 1st, at around 1:00 p.m., the terrorist army attacked at Aung Chanthar village, in Madaya township and 3 people were killed and 5 people were injured due to heavy weapon fired by junta.
Aung Chanthar village in Madaya township, where the terrorist army opened fire with heavy weapons, is a village far away from the places where the fighting is going on. It is learned that the terrorist junta council is intentionally committing a war crime by shooting and attacking on residential areas of civilians which are not military targets.
As the junta council began to lose the war, it targeted the civilian population and fired heavy weapons. Mandalay PDF said that airstrikes are being carried out openly and war crimes are being committed continuously.
