SHAN STATE – Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) reported that they were attacking the junta strategic outpost in Mongmit Town, and there were fierce fights in Nawnghkio Township.
On July 24, at around 12:00 p.m., TNLA launched an offensive on the strategic outpost, one of the junta council’s remaining bases in Mongmit Town.
Similarly, skirmishes occurred between TNLA and the junta army in Thae Hkaw Village of Nawnghkio Township.
In addition, the terrorist junta troops stationed in Bant Bway Village launched nine rounds of artillery attacks on the surrounding area of Ohn Ma Tee Village.
