SAGAING DIVISION – The All Myanmar Network of Political Prisoners announced today that family members and family members of political prisoners are not yet allowed to visit the prison of the Department of Prisons under the Terrorist War Council of Shwebo township in Sagaing division.
It was learned that, up to October 7th, other criminals were allowed to visit, but political prisoners were not allowed to visit the Shwebo Prison.
The terrorist junta army said that it was reopened to visit the prisons in October 2023, but until now, political prisoners have not been allowed to meet with the families of the victims.
The families of political prisoners have repeatedly requested to visit prisons, and the Department of Prison has only provided information, saying that documents are needed, but PPNM has issued a statement that family members who do not have complete information are still not allowed to visit.
