MAGWAY DIVISION – Oak Awe UG, an urban guerrilla force, advised the civilians to stay away from the departments and personnel of the terrorist junta council in Chauk Township as they will be attacking those targets with an increasing momentum.
Oak Awe UG warned that they will be targeting the junta soldiers, police, village and ward administration officers, government staff and offices, police guard posts, and junta pillar businesses in Chauk Township including the town and asked the people to avoid those targets, adding that they won’t be responsible for the consequences arising from failure to comply with the warning.
“It is in order to gain control of the entire Chauk Township and to speed up the eradication of the military dictatorship of the junta council that is oppressing the people,” explained Bo. Oak Awe, the representative of the urban guerrilla force.
Local defence forces shared that the junta council has reinforced the security in Chauk with a large number of forces from the army in Wahzi and prepared defenses and also reinforced the security at the Pyu Saw Htee militia base in Konegyi Village.
Chauk Township borders the townships of Seikphyu and Pakokku where the military situation is intense.
