BAGO DIVISION: The junta’s council was said to have launched the airstrike by jet fighter into the Kyeeyoe village tract, east region of Nyaungpinthar village, Pyu township, Bago division, without the battles in the region, which caused 6 local houses to be destroyed and a man to get wounded, as said by the members of local People’s Defence Forces.
Around 9 p.m. on November 28, a jet fighter of the junta’s council had dropped at least three bombs into Yaytwin Kone, Zahar, Banlaung villages.
“As it is a night time, people fall asleep. When they hear the airplane, people flee so there are less casualties but the houses damaged,” as said by a member of the local People’s Defence Force.
The airstrike has destroyed six houses from Zahar village and caused a man in his 30s from Banlaung village to get minor injuries.
A member of the local People’s Defence Force said that Junta’s council frequently launches the airstrike into the villages from Kyeeyoe village tract, Pyu township, using jet fighters and helicopters.
On November 24, the airstrike of the junta’s council into Zaharlay, Yaytwinkone, Ngapyawtaw, Kaingtaesu villages, Pyu township caused the deaths of two civilians from Yaytwin Kone and Zaharlay villages and 5 to get wounded.
