YANGON DIVISION – The locals said that bombs exploded twice near the electricity manager office in Tamwe Township on June 13 early morning.
The locals said that on June 13, at 00:15 a.m. and at 00:37 a.m., bombs exploded twice and most of the people of Tamwe Township heard the explosion. It was known that a bomb exploded near the electricity office of Tamwe Township, according to some local people.
“The bombs exploded twice. It was very loud. Once this morning at 12:15, and once at 12:37 in the morning. It was quiet at night, so the sound of the bomb was very loud. The explosions were about 20 minutes apart. The last thing we know is that they went off near the Electric Power Corporation (EPC) office on Tamwe Pho Sein Road,” said a local.
In recent days, military council troops have been patrolling around Yangon, checking the guest list and increasing security including putting up informers, which is being done more than before, according to the locals.
