YANGON DIVISION – A bomb exploded at the immigration office in South Dagon Township on Saturday (December 16) at 12:30 a.m., and the junta council conducted inspections.
The explosion was extremely loud and even shook the houses near the immigration office. After a few minutes, junta soldiers arrived there and checked around that office.
“The bomb exploded inside the immigration office of South Dagon Township. Eight minutes later, three junta vehicles arrived at full speed. There might have been some junta soldier casualties, and the junta troops conducted inspections. The explosion shook the houses nearby,” said a resident.
On the other hand, Min Aung Hlaing’s plan to visit Thanlyin was said to be postponed due to information leaks. The fascist leader planned to check the construction of the new Thanlyin Bridge and to attend the junta medics’ university, but the date and location were changed due to security reasons.
