MON STATE – Locals reported that the murderous junta forces launched artillery attacks on Shwe Yaung Pya Village in Bilin Township at night time, injuring four civilians including a child.
On June 1, at around 10:00 p.m., the junta’s artillery unit based in Zee Wun Village of Bilin Township intentionally fired 120mm artillery shells at the villages inhabited by the people, and four civilians including a child were severely injured by those attacks.
“There were no deaths. But four people, including a child, were seriously injured,” a local said.
It was said that the shrapnel of artillery shells hit the child named Pu Pu on two of his two fingers, Ms. Naw on her head causing the head to be broken, Ms. Naw Gi on her back and her son in the lower part of the knee.
