MAGWAY DIVISION – The MPL PDF reported that they fired improvised rockets and heavy artillery shells at the locations where junta soldiers were stationed in Myaing Downtown, Myaing Township, on February 1 at around 8:40 a.m., resulting in the death of two junta troops.
The operation aimed to express strong condemnation of the junta coup. The MPL Region PDF – 4, Pakokku District Battalion – 6 MVRF, Local Daung, Red Hawk, Local Storm, Gen-21, Myaing Fighter, Eagle Brigade, Uncle Gyi, Mother’s Son, Hti Sha, Massive Mine Major Pyaung, Gate Sone, Hna Lone Hla Luu Mite, Daung Hlan Lwint Myee Sae Taman, and Major Moe Thee team jointly executed the operation.
Similarly, the N-YSO Guerrilla Force fired heavy artillery shells, small weapons, and drones at Kanni Pyu Saw Htee Village in Myaing Township at 10 a.m. on February 1, according to an official.
This attack was also carried out to strongly condemn the junta coup on the 3rd anniversary of the coup. The Revolutionary Alliances fired heavy artillery shells and small weapons at Kanni Pyu Saw Htee Village, and the N-YSO Force dropped nine grenades using fixed-wing drones.
“We conducted the operation in collaboration with the alliances, and the clashes intensified. We couldn’t confirm the casualties among the junta forces. Some houses were burnt down, and we couldn’t extinguish the fire well,” said an official of the N-YSO Guerrilla Force.
