SAGAING DIVISION – It’s been reported that the humanitarian aid group has provided more than 100,00,000 MMK to the internally displaced people and internally displaced students who are studying intermediate education under the National Unity Government ( NUG ) in the southern part of Kale Township.
He said that on July 20th, supplied over 100,00,000 kyats worth of school supplies for students in 7 villages who were receiving interim education and 15 water pipes for 375 internally displaced families.
Mr. Thurein, a refugee helper said that supported knapsacks, books, pencils, colored pencils, and other writing equipment for students.
“More than 100,00,000 kyats of school supplies and more than 12,00,000 kyats of 15 water pipes are supplied. The IDPs rely on water from the mountains for drinking and use. That’s why we donated and installed the water pipes,” he said.
There are more than 10 IDP camps in the south of Kale Township and the number of IDPs is increasing, so local and foreign donors are appealing for donations for the IDPs in Kale Township.
