MAGWAY DIVISION – An official of the People’s Defence Organization – Natmauk said that more than 30 civilians from Natmauk, New town and four villages were raided by the terrorist army and taken them to join junta army.
On Tuesday (April 23) the atrocious soldiers at the intersection between Natmauk Town and New Town stopped the pedestrians for no reason, asked their age, and captured about 20 of them for military service.
“The junta thugs blocked and abducted about 20 youths between Natmauk and New Town, to serve in the military. All of them were males under the age of 45,” an official of People’s Defence Organization – Natmauk forces said.
Similarly, on April 22, the fascist army of 200 soldiers in strength raided the civilians houses of Kwingyi, Aungthar, Theechaung, and Htanaungkone villages and captured some civilians, locals reported.
“The fascist troops entered into the house, raided and asked the age of youths in the villages. They said those older than 18 years old must follow them for a while,” said a local resident.
Terrorist soldiers seized six civilians from Kwingyi Village, seven from Aungthar Village, and it is not yet confirmed how many people were captured from Theechaung and Htanaungkone villages. The terrorist army raided the villages simultaneously using about 200 soldiers in strength and forcibly captured the civilians for military service.
