BAGO DIVISION – The PPDF Battalion – 3601 reported that they launched an attack on junta soldiers leaving Tower Tine Hill Camp, Thit Pote Village, Thit Pote Group, Paungde Township, resulting in the deaths of three junta soldiers.
At 6:00 p.m. on May 2, comrades detonated four improvised landmines targeting junta soldiers who were out for bathing. The attack claimed the lives of three junta troops and wounded three others, who were subsequently evacuated to their camp.
Following the detonation, junta soldiers fired small arms and heavy artillery shells indiscriminately, but the comrades managed to disengage successfully. PPDF comrades primarily target junta soldiers, police, Pyu Saw Htees, and junta administrators, considering them military targets. The public is advised not to inform junta forces or disclose routes to them and to exercise caution while traveling near junta soldiers, as emphasized by PPDF.
