SAGAING DIVISION – The arsonist junta forces reportedly invaded Moke Si Village in the western part of Shwebo Township on the morning of July 29 and burned and destroyed five civilians’ houses and also plundered the items in the houses, according to locals.
It was said that around 20 nefarious junta soldiers and junta-backed Pyu Saw Htee thugs of Ywar Thar Village (notorious as a Pyu Saw Htee-dominated village) invaded Moke Si Village of Shwebo Township on the morning of July 29.
“They raided the village as they wanted to ransack the belongings of the residents. They looted food and the belongings of the villagers, including charging cables, from all of the houses. They invaded the village to loot and bring the belongings of the residents,” said Captain Kyar Gyi (Tiger) of Shwebo Tiger.
It is reported that the houses that were burned were formerly owned by NLD party supporters.
It was also said that the joint terrorist junta soldiers and pro-junta Pyu Saw Htee thugs had frequently carried out offensive attacks, arson attacks, and plundered the belongings of the residents in the villages of Shwebo Township. Moreover, the locals were often lawlessly abducted and slaughtered by them.
On the morning of May 18, it is reported that the joint atrocious junta soldiers and pro-junta Pyu Saw Htee militants carried out arson raids in Kan Thar Kone Village of Shwebo Township and also captured over 50 locals as human shields.
