SHAN STATE – The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) stated that a junta council soldier from Lashio City in northern Shan State entered the legal fold, along with a gun and over 200 bullets.
Private Hein Min Oo from junta light infantry 512, in charge of security in Lashio City, reportedly contacted and surrendered to TNLA as he was dissatisfied with the junta council and wished to stand on the side of the people together with the northern Three Brotherhood Alliance.
Another junta soldier under light infantry 362 from Konson Village in Lashio Township had similarly came into the legal fold with weapons on November 8.
TNLA reiterated its invite to the soldiers, police and department staff working under the junta council to come into the legal fold and join the side of the people.
