MANDALAY DIVISION – A 93-year-old monk and 2 civilians were reportedly killed when the terrorist army attacked villages in Madaya Township, according to Mr. Bo Tauk, the information officer of Madaya Township People’s Defense Force.
On February 27 morning, Junta troops raided Madaya township, in two columns, one to Myodin Sin village and another to Pyitharaye village.
The terrorist army column that came towards the Myodin Sin village opened fire as they entered and shot 2 locals, Mr. Tun Hla and Mr. Win Min Tun, for no reason. In addition, they also shot and destroyed the electrical transformer in the village.
