KARENNI STATE- Karenni National People’s Liberation Front (KNPLF) released on July 27 that they were able to accurately record the damages of junta jet fighter crashed down on June 30 at Ywarthit Township, Karenni State.
It has been released that junta jet fighter which was crashed down was K-8W and Jet no. -3935. Driven by Captain Thaw Zin (air force-4198) and Lieutenant Aung Phyo Kyaw ( air force- 4349), it was set off from Taungoo Airport.
junta even awarded hero titles to Captain Thaw Zin and Lieutenant Aung Phyo Kyaw from junta air force whose died in jet crash reportedly.
“We got the telegraph of dead announcement. We highlighted the names on our statement because it was the same as ours,” said associated general secretary comrade Lawrence Soe.
He added that junta re-collected the damages of crashed jet fighter. ”junta made high security at the place of crashed jet fighter. We couldn’t go near. They had already taken themselves and placed at battalion 1005, which was border guard force” he also said.
