TANINTHARYI DIVISION – An official from Myeik District PDF Battalion 1 informed that female soldiers from the drone team took part in the mission to attack the junta council’s Pala Police Station in Palaw Township with drone dropped grenades.
At around 6 p.m. on April 11, T2 Special Drone Force dropped two grenades on Pala Police Station where around 60 junta soldiers and police were stationed.
The female drone force soldiers of Myeik District PDF Battalion 1 participated in the mission and it is said that four junta forces were killed and several were injured in the attack.
“This is not the first time (that female soldiers took part in a mission). Female pilots had also served in previous missions,” said the official from Battalion 1 regarding the participation of female soldiers.
Buildings inside the police station were treated as main targets in this mission and although the junta forces fired back wildly with heavy artillery after the attack, there was no harm done to the revolutionary forces, according to the above official.
The people are requested to stay away from fascist junta soldiers and places stationed by them as Myeik District Battalion 1 plans to conduct more attacks on the junta forces in Pala Township.
Revolutionary forces continue to attack the junta council forces and their pillars in Tanintharyi Division with LLPDF and allied forces recently attacking the junta forces stationed at Launglon Township immigration office on April 8.
