MYANMAR – The bombs exploded near Yadanar Cave, Amarapura Township, Mandalay Division, on Tuesday (November 28) at around 6 a.m., and near 61×62 streets, 115th Road, Pyigyitakhon Township, at around 7 a.m.
After the explosion, residents reported that junta troops recklessly fired small weapons in the vicinity.
Similarly, a bomb exploded in Pintaya Downtown, Danu Self-Administrative Region, south of Shan State, on Monday (November 27) night, according to residents.
It occurred at the entrance of Shwe Ou Min Pagoda and the locations of the immigration office, court, and lawyers’ office. The explosion shook the houses, but the details couldn’t be confirmed.
“The bomb exploded, and its launch was too loud, shaking the houses. Those who were searching Pantthaku (Tazaungdaing Pocket Money) ran away because the dust fell on the heads of civilians. People were shocked and bewildered,” reported a resident.
