On the other hand, thousands of civilians from Chipar Village and nearby villages had to flee their homes since April 18 when the terrorist junta column entered the area, and are said to need food rations.
The reported junta column has been recklessly shelling the villages in the region since they were stationed at Chipar Village and it is said that the cargo trucks and fuel tanks on the Shwebo – Seikkhun – Muukamgyi Road had to stop making their trips due to the presence of junta forces, leading to shortages and commodity prices doubling.
