MAGWAY DIVISION – Local residents said that a terrorist junta army column was attacked with a mine in the west of the village of Pauk Chaung Ouksu Village in the west of Pauk Township, and many terrorist soldiers were injured.
At about 11:00 p.m. on Friday (July 14), the terrorist soldiers, marching from Pauk City to the west of Pauk Chaung Ouksu Village with a strength of about 50, were attacked with four mines prepared by the People’s Defence Forces. It is reported that the dead and injured soldiers were taken to the Pauk Township Hospital in a ten wheeler, one A4 car and one FAW truck.
“The junta dogs (soldiers) that were hit by the mines were covered with straw and carried away. There may be deaths. The group that detonated the mine is still unknown. The number of dog casualties is not yet known either. The dogs are still at the site of the incident . It is known that they are planning to send the injured that cannot be treated at Pauk Hospital to Pakokku Hospital,” said a resident of Pakuk Township.
Similarly, according to the Puriyakha Nyinnaung Column, the terrorist soldiers stationed in Palaw Gone Village, Palaw Township, Tanintharyi Division were attacked and resulted in injured and deaths.
On July 12, at about 7:30 p.m., it was said that the attack on the terrorist soldiers at Palaw Gone Bridge in Palaw Gone Village, lasted for almost 1 hour. And they were able to injure the terrorist soldiers, but the number of casualties has not been confirmed yet.
The attack was carried out by the KNDO-led Puriyakha Nyinnaung Column after a demining attack and a fierce battle with terrorist soldiers in the village of Palaw Gone. It was reported that the People’s Defence Force members were able to retreat without harm.
